New features at Pective
I’ve pushed some new features to Pective.
- Sandbox: Now you can quickly test any dimension right on your screen.
- I’ve limited the allowed monitor size to 4-50”. Users have been confused in the past, and have entered values like 1024 (the pixel width), so this should help them.
- I’ve also added a help page explaning what monitor size means. You can also leave a comment if you’re still having trouble.
- I’ve added a basic expletive filter for the comments.
- Pective has had a vote accurate/inaccurate page for some time, but under 1% of visitors vote. I’ve made the feature more prominent by adding a question below every image.
- Externally hotlinked images are redirected to the thumbnail version. Earlier they used to redirected to this image.
